Podbieracz pokosów jest przeznaczony do omłotu traw nasiennych, roślin strączkowych, zbóż z podsuszonych wałów.
Podbieracz pokosów został przystosowany do zbioru roślin z pokosu, poprzednio skoszonych POKOSÓWKĄ np. rzepaku, gorczycy, bobu, gryki czy trawy nasiennej. Maszyna została zaprojektowana w taki sposób, by dawała sobie radę w przypadku zbioru roślin łatwo osypujących się, o dużym stopniu zachwaszczenia oraz nierównomiernie dojrzewających.

Maszyna występuję w dwóch wersjach: o szerokości 3,4 m lub 4,3 m.
W podbieraczu pokosów zastosowana jest gumowa taśma o długości około metra, ze sprężyście zamontowanymi do niej parami palców. Podają one masę żniwną do zwężającego jej strumień ślimaka.
Pomiędzy jednym a drugim podzespołem znajduję się jeszcze fartuch. Chroni on przed zaciągnięciem materiału przez palce z powrotem na ściernisko. Podbieracz wymaga tylko jednej pary złączy hydraulicznych do zasilania silnika orbitalnego napędzającego taśmę.
Podbieranie pokosów standardowym hederem żniwnym z kosą tnącą powoduję, że ziarno osypuję się na glebę. Co więcej stykając się stale z nierównościami podłoża sprzęt jest narażony na uszkodzenia. Podbieracz natomiast znajduję się na odpowiedniej wysokości wobec podłoża, a styk z nim mają tylko palce podbieracza wykonane z elastycznego tworzywa. Pozwala to pracować z większą prędkością nawet 14 km/h.

Regulacja prędkości taśmy podbieracza pokosów
Przenośnik ten korzysta z węży, które przy tradycyjnym hederze zbożowym odpowiedzialne są za wprawienie w ruch motowideł. Swath pick-up for picking up phacelia, grass, rape 3.4 m for New Holland combines
The swath pick-up is designed for threshing seed grasses, leguminous plants, cereals from the dried swaths.
The swath pick-up has been adapted for the collection of swaths previously mown with the SWATCH, e.g. oilseed rape, mustard, broad bean, buckwheat or seed grass. The machine has been designed to cope with the harvesting of plants that are easy to shed, have a high degree of weed infestation and mature unevenly.

The machine comes in two versions: 3.4 m or 4.3 m wide.
The swath pick-up uses an approximately one-metre-long rubber belt with spring-mounted pairs of fingers. These feed the harvesting mass into the auger which narrows its flow.
There is also an apron between one component and the other. This prevents the tines from dragging the crop back into the stubble. The pick-up requires only one pair of hydraulic couplings to power the orbital motor driving the belt.
Picking up swaths with a standard harvester with a cutterbar results in the grain spilling onto the soil. In addition, the equipment is constantly in contact with uneven ground, leaving it vulnerable to damage. The pick-up, on the other hand, is positioned at the correct height in relation to the ground, with only the pick-up fingers made of flexible plastic coming into contact with the ground. This allows the machine to run at higher speeds of up to 14 km/h.

Adjusting the speed of the swath pick-up belt
This conveyor uses the hoses which, with a traditional grain elevator, are responsible for setting the motive power into motion. As a result, the belt speed can be adjusted as required or set to automatic mode, where its speed is synchronised with that of the combine harvester. The auger-finger feeder is driven by the Cardan shaft connected on the left side.

Schwadaufnehmer zur Aufnahme von Phacelia, Gras, Raps 3,4 m für New Holland Mähdrescher
Die Schwadaufnahme ist für das Dreschen von Saatgräsern, Hülsenfrüchten und Getreide aus den getrockneten Schwaden bestimmt.
Die Schwadaufnahme wurde für die Aufnahme von Schwaden angepasst, die zuvor mit der SWATCH geschnitten wurden, z. B. Raps, Senf, Saubohnen, Buchweizen oder Saatgras. Die Maschine wurde für die Ernte von Pflanzen entwickelt, die leicht abfallen, einen starken Unkrautbefall aufweisen und ungleichmäßig abreifen.
Die Maschine ist in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich: 3,4 m oder 4,3 m breit.
Die Schwadaufnahme erfolgt über ein etwa einen Meter langes Gummiband mit federnd gelagerten Fingerpaaren. Diese führen die Erntemasse der Schnecke zu, die den Strom verengt.
Zwischen dem einen und dem anderen Teil befindet sich eine Schürze. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass die Zinken das Erntegut in die Stoppeln zurückschleppen. Die Pick-up benötigt nur ein Paar Hydraulikkupplungen für den Antrieb des Orbitalmotors, der das Band antreibt.
Bei der Aufnahme von Schwaden mit einem herkömmlichen Mähdrescher mit Schneidwerk wird das Getreide auf den Boden verschüttet. Außerdem kommt das Gerät ständig mit Bodenunebenheiten in Berührung und ist dadurch anfällig für Beschädigungen. Die Pick-up hingegen ist in der richtigen Höhe zum Boden positioniert, wobei nur die Pick-up-Finger aus flexiblem Kunststoff mit dem Boden in Berührung kommen. Dadurch ist es möglich, mit höheren Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 14 km/h zu arbeiten.

Einstellen der Geschwindigkeit des Schwadaufnehmerbandes
Bei diesem Förderband werden die Schläuche verwendet, die bei einem herkömmlichen Getreideelevator die Antriebskraft in Bewegung setzen. Daher kann die Bandgeschwindigkeit je nach Bedarf eingestellt oder auf Automatikbetrieb gestellt werden, wobei die Geschwindigkeit mit der des Mähdreschers synchronisiert wird. Der Antrieb des Schneckenförderers erfolgt über die links angeschlossene Kardanwelle.
Der Schwadaufnehmer kann an jede Mähdreschermarke angepasst werden.
